Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. Ascribe Studios will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but is not responsible for delays caused by client actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Final approval must be provided in writing before project completion.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service provision. Ascribe Studios may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless specifically prohibited by a confidentiality agreement.

Either party may terminate services as specified in individual service agreements. Early termination may result in payment obligations for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
